Most clients start with a 3- or 6-month engagement for individual support.  One-to-one attorney well-being services begin at $175 per session.   Workshops begin at $500, and costs vary based on format, length, and customization. Reach out to discuss your needs, available dates, and pricing.

How do I get started?

My services are designed for mission-driven attorneys, legal professionals, and organizations looking to support well-being through mindfulness and expressive arts. They are not a substitute for therapy, and I am not a mental health professional.
